If you are following this guide with example_robot_ws, your workspace should look like branch step10.

cd ~/example_robot_ws
rm -rf build install # Ensure we get rid of any dirty files
moveit_pro build # We have new files and dependencies to build into the Docker image
moveit_pro run -v -c example_robot_sim
